Sales Manager / Regional Director

Job Responsibilities:
1. Drive sales and market development for the company's 4G/5G
communication modules, SOC smart modules, and industry-specific
customized solutions within the Europe region.
2. Manage the client relationships, lead business negotiations and quotations,
and achieve assigned sales targets.
3. Prepare sales contracts and manage customer order tracking through the
sales cycle.
4. Gather market and product intelligence to support new product definition
and development initiatives.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher. Fluent English speaking.
Established local client base and resource channels in Europe. Strong
customer communication skills, high business acumen, and excellent
teamwork spirit.
2. 3-5+ years of sales experience, preferably familiar with the wireless
communication module market. Experience in automotive, AI, new retail,
security surveillance, or IT integration industries is highly advantageous.
3. For the Regional Director role, prior experience in sales team management
is preferred.
